Complete plants for preparation of fruit juices, fruit nectars, tea and other special drinks, composed of:

  • ingredients unloading and dissolving systems (for batch or in-line productions);
  • sugar dissolving units (batch or in continuous);
  • blending rooms with ingredient storage tanks with pumps and agitators;
  • ingredient dosing systems by loading cells.

These lines are predisposed for the operation in automatic or semiautomatic according to preformulated recipes before delivery to the following processes (sterilization, pasteurization, deareation with aroma recovery) or to the intermediary storage.
