Milk reception and metering

Automatic lines for product reception, with accurate measuring devices, to collect the product from the road bulk tankers and send it to the storage tanks.
With the system projected by REDA S.p.A. the product is sucked using a process “under vacuum”, which permits the extraction of the englobed air during the collection phase.
These lines furthermore grant the total suction of the raw material contained in the tanker and its precise computation.

Some options can be integrated:

  • Repeatable sampling systems;
  • Communication systems where supplier data, history, data report can be transferred;
  • Temperature regulation and control of the product sent to the storage tanks.
